INTERESTED IN BEING AN EXHIBITOR?
We have lots of room for layouts - small and large.
Non-Profit Railroad related groups welcome.
We offer the following:
Drive in access for both setup and teardown ( sorry no access to building on Friday).
Free Hydro ( bring your own extension cords ).
Free table and chairs for use by members of your group during the show for purposes related to your display ( NO SALES ALLOWED ).
Free Tim Horton's Coffee, Tea and Donuts available on a first come / first served basis prior to show opening on both days.
A food credit voucher for lunch from the site food vendor for each member of your group each day.
We do not and cannot offer any form of payment for any of your expenses in attending our show ( we barely cover our expenses as it is !! )
